Lead technical ownership of InfiniBand and GPU interconnect fabric operations for hyperscale AI supercomputers. Drive incident response, deep multi-layer debugging across hardware/firmware/drivers/OS, and define failure models, playbooks, telemetry, and automation to improve reliability, observability, and scalability of GPU clusters and platform SLAs.

Lead a cross-discipline engineering team to deliver high-impact, cloud-based customer solutions. Coach engineers in software, data science, and TPM roles, contribute technically on engagements, promote reusable patterns, and drive AI-forward responsible engineering practices.

Hands-on Principal engineer who designs, builds, and operates production-grade Azure solutions with strategic customers; develops an observability-focused Azure service, supports live production via on-call and incident response, creates reusable tooling and reference implementations, and drives platform improvements while mentoring field engineering teams.

Lead resource strategy, workforce planning, and governance across MCAPS-Core. Develop integrated FTE and vendor plans, forecast capacity and hiring needs, advise senior leaders, drive AI-enabled automation and process improvements, and translate resource data into actionable insights to optimize investments and operational efficiency.
