The Project Manager will lead customer-facing product implementations and internal initiatives, ensuring projects meet goals while managing risks, communication, and stakeholder relationships.

Serve as primary client contact for sponsors, CROs, and sites to facilitate IRB review. Conduct administrative review of submissions, document client customizations, manage vendor translations, ensure timely responses, and escalate issues to management while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Provide 95% customer support for Advarra's clinical research platform via email, chat, and ticketing. Troubleshoot issues, liaise with product, engineering, and PM teams, escalate and advocate for customers, and communicate feature suggestions.

Own strategic relationships with key customers: manage onboarding, ensure service quality and retention, provide CIRBI training/support, coordinate cross-functional teams, track metrics, present reports, resolve issues, and drive revenue expansion.

Pre-review, edit, and prepare informed consent forms for regulatory compliance (FDA, HHS, Health Canada, TCPS2, ICH GCP). Apply sponsor language, collaborate with IRB members, complete required trainings, and attend IRB meetings to support IRB Services.

Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure successful onboarding, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct CIRBI demonstrations, coordinate study start-up transitions, track client metrics in CRM, present reports, and collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve processes.

Create, edit, and publish technical documentation and release notes for assigned software. Gather and synthesize complex technical information, produce task- and reference-based content using appropriate media, collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn product and business processes, manage priorities, and identify process and documentation improvements.

Lead consulting engagements to design, optimize, and scale research operations. Advise stakeholders, implement processes, recommend and optimize research tools, ensure compliance and governance, build SOPs and metrics, supervise consulting teams, support business development, and travel up to 50%.

Lead full board IRB meetings, conduct expedited reviews, triage submissions, review amendments, onboard and train board members, consult with sponsors/investigators, and maintain regulatory compliance and board quality per Advarra policies and human subjects regulations.

Manage post-sales client relationships and onboarding, deliver CIRBI demonstrations and training, coordinate study start-up transitions, track client satisfaction and metrics, generate reports, act as primary Advarra/CIRBI contact, and collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
