Sell MedInsight's risk adjustment software and analytics to health plans, providers, ACOs, MSOs, and other risk-bearing entities. Develop domain expertise, execute a national territory plan, qualify opportunities, lead multi-stakeholder deal progression, deliver consultative, insight-led commercial narratives, partner with cross-functional teams for demos and ROI cases, and consistently hit quota while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts.

Manage and supervise the global Governance, Risk & Compliance team, oversee vendor risk management and security contract review, coordinate internal assessments and external audits across 60+ offices, support regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), liaise with IT, Legal, Finance and executives, and drive GRC program planning, performance tracking, and targeted security training.

Lead and grow MedInsight's data licensing business by managing and expanding data and technology partnerships, driving customer success with data, sourcing and negotiating new partnerships, and scaling data licensing revenue across life sciences, payers, providers, and research customers.

Provide strategic legal and compliance leadership for MedInsight, advising executives on HIPAA, privacy, AI governance, data licensing, interoperability, and commercial contracts. Negotiate and manage client, vendor, and partner agreements; oversee policies, outside counsel relationships, and regulatory strategy; collaborate with Product, IT Security, Sales, and Operations to enable business initiatives and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.

Client Success Managers serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment of needs, operating in a cloud-based environment, and providing analytical support to drive value from MedInsight's products.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), research accounts, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM activity while partnering with sales, marketing, and enablement to meet SAL and pipeline targets.

Lead multiemployer health benefits engagements, manage large complex client relationships, deliver senior actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financing, vendor selection, and benefit strategy. Oversee marketing and vendor searches, mentor and lead actuarial teams, ensure quality and peer review, and contribute to business development and presentations.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead legal and compliance for healthcare data and technology initiatives. Manage contracting, licensing, privacy and interoperability matters (HIPAA, TEFCA, data licensing), advise on AI and emerging technology governance, collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel, and set legal/compliance objectives and KPIs. Individual contributor with potential future supervision of 1-3 junior staff.
