Leads the Service Parts Supply Chain Ultrasound Operations organization, overseeing end-to-end parts availability, planning, supply management, lifecycle optimization, risk management, and supply-chain performance across regions. Partners with supply chain, procurement, suppliers, regional teams, and field-service stakeholders to improve availability, reduce backorders, strengthen resilience, grow parts sales, and enhance repair and recovery performance. Builds integrated teams and a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and AI-enabled decision-making.

Design physical consumer oral-care products and hardware experiences from concept through production and launch. Translate commercial briefs into user needs, define requirements, ideate and develop form, color, material, finish, and interaction concepts. Create experience flows, 3D CAD renderings, presentations, and specifications; collaborate with engineering and global design teams; validate designs through builds and samples; guide junior designers and agencies; and lead project evaluations.

Design, document, and implement embedded firmware for high-volume consumer medical devices. Develop low-level drivers and peripheral interfaces in a multithreaded FreeRTOS environment, interpret schematics, collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams, and create unit and automated tests. Provide technical leadership, mentor teammates, conduct code and design reviews, and responsibly use AI-assisted coding tools. The role is primarily office-based, with at least three in-person days per week.

Consults with customers to design, configure, implement, and drive adoption of digital pathology solutions. Analyzes clinical and laboratory workflows, recommends operational improvements, supports solution execution, and partners with account teams and stakeholders to improve customer outcomes. Requires strong pathology laboratory or oncology diagnosis experience, workflow analysis, solution design, project management, and healthcare technology consulting skills. This field-based role requires travel of up to 80%.

Represents the InCourage airway clearance therapy device to pulmonologists and healthcare teams. Manages a territory through outside sales, account management, new business development, product demonstrations, clinical education, and physician presentations. Educates providers on insurance coverage criteria, obtains medical documentation, analyzes data to prioritize healthcare teams, and manages sales routing and pipeline growth. This field-based role requires extensive territory travel, relationship building, independent work, and strong communication skills.
