The role spans go-to-market, service, self-service, renewal, partner, and internal CX workflows.

Leads organization-wide engineering process standards, operating cadence, workflow design, governance, audits, KPI development, and tool integration. Partners with Product, Engineering, Technical Program Management, and technology teams to embed scalable processes into Jira, Confluence, internal platforms, and BI systems. Acts as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, drives change adoption, and builds a distributed Process Engineering team spanning tooling product management, internal UX, and process/data audit.
