The Social Media Manager will lead Filson’s social media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, publishing content, monitoring trends, reporting on KPIs, managing influencer and creator partnerships, capturing social-first content, and overseeing community engagement. The role collaborates with brand marketing, creative, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to grow reach, engagement, brand affinity, and customer loyalty.
