Leads strategic and day-to-day management of outsourced customer service and BPO partners. Owns partner performance, contracts, commercial negotiations, capacity planning, compliance, issue resolution, operational improvements, and stakeholder alignment. Develops vendor oversight processes, playbooks, reporting, and corrective action plans while supporting long-term network strategy and patient experience goals.

Build and evolve shared frontend design-system components with strong quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity. Maintain and document the centralized component library, integrate it into existing products, conduct code and implementation reviews, and mentor engineering teams on adoption and best practices. Create prototypes and proofs of concept for new UI patterns. Partner closely with Product Design, Software Engineering, and product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.

Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies and automation frameworks for complex frontend and backend features. Own automation roadmaps, build functional, performance, resiliency, and security testing tools, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Develop scalable test infrastructure for distributed, event-driven, and cloud-native systems. Apply AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, autonomous validation, failure triage, and predictive quality analysis. Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, improve observability and release reliability, and mentor other engineers.

Lead workforce strategy and build a scalable Workforce Management function for patient services operations. Drive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, intraday management, analytics, and operational excellence initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to deploy WFM tools, improve processes, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and patient experience.

Supports provider account data quality and engagement workflows for the Practice Access Management team. Maintains accurate Salesforce accounts and contacts, resolves duplicates and data issues, monitors workflow alerts, conducts outbound outreach to provider offices, verifies practice information and communication consent, documents interactions, handles inbound pharmacy requests, and makes timely handoffs to the PAM team.
