Owns revenue, gross profit, utilization, assortment, pricing, replenishment efficiency, customer adoption, and service-quality improvements while supporting the March 2027 Go/No-Go decision.

Design and develop engineering-focused curriculum, lab modules, and project-based learning experiences for MISUMI University. Create instructor guides, student materials, assessments, and digital assets; align content with academic standards (e.g., ABET), pilot in classrooms, collaborate with engineers, and iterate based on learning effectiveness. Support scalable delivery (in-person, hybrid, self-paced) and contribute to the QMS.
